With Anna Trigg from 3Chooks Lampshades
These school holidays come and make your own custom lampshade together to decorate your home!
In this special, parent and child workshop, in pairs you will learn how to make your own unique lampshade with 3Chooks lampshade maker Anna Trigg. Bring along your own choice of fabric (70cm x 30cm) for a very personal result. You will make and take home a 20cm diameter x 24cm height cylinder lampshade – perfect for a bedside table, phone table or desk lamp. Included in the price is a 3Chooks Do It Yourself Lampshade Kit (RRP $60) which includes the lampshade frames, lampshade lining, cotton tape, glue and instructions. You will also have access to all the tools you will need to create your masterpiece. Extra, take home, lampshade making supplies will be available for purchase.
The price listed is for a pair (1 parent & 1 child), to make 1 lampshade together. If your child is 12 years old and up, and you would like to make a lampshade each the cost will be $260 for 2 people. Please contact us by phone or email to make a booking to make 2 lampshades in the workshop.
About Anna Trigg
Anna started 3Chooks Lampshades in 2008 as a bit of a hobby which has now turned into a ‘proper’ business. She specialises in custom made lampshades using mostly Australian designed and printed fabrics. Anna is passionate about sharing knowledge, creating beautiful crafty goodies, being a Mum and heaps of other stuff too.
