With Bronnie Zervos
This is a 2 part workshop where we will spend the first part learning how to set up your embroidery hoop, how to stitch a collection of embroidery stitches and then designing your own pattern. There will also be plenty of patterns to choose from and we can help you to design your own. Please feel free to bring along any ideas you may have.
The second part of the workshop will be spent choosing a colour palette and then working on your design, this is the fun, creative part.
“I thoroughly enjoyed the Hand Embroidery classes by the way, Bronnie was an attentive and patient teacher and the small group size – excellent!”
– Jan attended our Hand Embroidery Workshop
All fabrics, DMC threads, Birch needles, Birch hoops and other materials will be provided and we will also explore using unusual threads and embellishments for a truly mixed media approach. This class is great for beginner stitchers as well as experienced ones.
Safety in our workshop: Due to the recent pandemic of COVID-19 we endeavour to make our workshop as safe as possible for our workshop attendees, Teachers and customers. Spaces available for each class have been reduced to follow the current government guidelines so workshop attendees can be a safe distance apart. Every workshop attendee and Teacher will be required to use hand sanitiser on arrival. And all used surfaces and tools will be disinfected after every class. Please contact us if you have any inquiries.
