Sorry, we are currently unable to take machines for servicing or repair. But you can still contact us if you have a question about your machine or if you are unsure if a service is required. We can still provide a short consultation via FaceTime or Zoom to try and troubleshoot your issues. Please contact us if you would like to book a 15 minute consultation for a small fee to have someone look at your sewing machine or overlocker.
If you urgently need to use a machine, we have sewing machines for hire by the day, or you can use our sewing workshop facilities by booking time by the hour. Find more information here.
If you are considering purchasing a new sewing machine, we are an authorised Janome sewing machine dealer, and can offer advice on sewing machines, overlockers and accessories. We sell new Janome machines and spare parts.
