With Amanda Jackson
Join us for a yarn-filled gathering to get crafty and chatting over a cup of tea or coffee. Time to pull out your latest, new or maybe never finished crochet or knitting project!
This is a social gathering and everyone’s invited! Our special guest is passionate crocheter, knitter and one of Sew Make Create’s Crochet Teachers, Amanda Jackson. Amanda will happily be available to help anyone with their crochet or knitting projects, and some times we help and inspire each other!
Come along to meet your fellow Makers, get inspired, share ideas, tips and more. Don’t crochet or knit but love to craft? Everyone is welcome to join our social with their creative project.
Please note: This is not a workshop for complete beginners. You need to have done some crochet or knitting and be of at least beginner level. If you would like to learn how to crochet please check out our Beginner’s Crochet Workshop.
About Amanda Jackson
Amanda has an aspiration of spreading the stitchy and crafty love to the world. In 2008 Amanda stumbled upon the world of amigurumi and she hasn’t stopped making them since! She has been teaching beginner’s amigurumi and crochet workshops in Sydney since 2013. Her obsession with making cute handmade things coupled with her love for mathematics motivated Amanda into the designing and writing amigurumi patterns. You can find Amanda’s free patterns on Ravelry and video tutorials on Instagram @stitchymanda.
