Learn the art of wood burning by combining heat and wood to create your own textural design on wooden coasters. Bring ideas, images or sketches of your own design or use one of our stencils to trace for inspiration. You don’t need to be an Artist to create a beautiful design. You will draw or trace your design on the wood before burning it. Learn about safety and techniques when using a wood burning tool before tracing your design. Finish your piece by sealing the wood with food grade oil.
All tools and materials are provided to create up to two 10 x 10cm square coasters. This workshop is suitable for complete beginners, aged 16 years old and up.
